The importance of sleep
Did you know that your apparently 'normal' night's sleep maybe harming your concentration, performance at work and during play and in fact in some cases making you feel ill?

The study
A recent study in Germany has shown that the body naturally wakes up at around 9 am if left undisturbed.
It also illustrated that we should sleep for approximately 7 - 9 hours per night if we are to functional fully the following day.

Take a cat napTaking an hour off for a sleep in the afternoon tricks your body into thinking it's setting down for the night. This can allow you to wake up relaxed and fully charged. |
