It is important that muscles are stretch before and after exercise, especially if a specific muscle has been used during the performance of a particular movement.
For example, during a bench press the chest plays a major part in the execution of the movement. Thus, this area should be stretched thoroughly prior and after the exercise.

To increase the blood flow within the chest area.

The pectorals (chest) as well as the shoulder muscles.
Performance guidelines
• Clasp your hands behind your back.
• Hold your chin high in the air.
•Lift your chest as high as possible.
•Pull your shoulders back.
•Hold for 20 - 30 seconds Repeat 2 - 3 times.
